The Danish owned textile company wanted to replace the Production Manager of a large production plant in Vietnam. In the search process Lisberg Asia focused on potential candidates in Far East with the requested qualifications and experience from similar positions. From Lisbergs office in Singapore the consultant made the interviews online with potential candidates, and the final candidates met the Plant Director personally in Vietnam.
