CFO for a Danish company in the hearing aid industry

Executive recruitment of a CFO for the local production site in China. The company wanted to place a Danish CFO instead of a local chines person. Lisberg searched for danish candidates in Far East. Interviewed the candidates in personal meetings in Hongkong and presented the final candidates for the management team in Denmark.

Production Manager for a textile company in Vietnam

The Danish owned textile company wanted to replace the Production Manager of a large production plant in Vietnam. In the search process Lisberg Asia focused on potential candidates in Far East with the requested qualifications and experience from similar positions. From Lisbergs office in Singapore the consultant made the interviews online with potential candidates, and the final candidates met the Plant Director personally in Vietnam.

CEO for a small Airline company

The Danish owned airline company had to replace a CEO who wanted new challenges after 5 years in the role. Lisberg was given the task of finding candidates for the vacant position. The search universe was leaders with experience within the airline industry, but the focus was to find a Danish manager who was prepared to work in the relatively isolated area that the Maldives is. We found a person who had the desired experience from an airline company in Greenland
